This week we will mainly be focusing on rounding numbers to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000.
We are continuing to engage in 'sentence stacking' lessons for each plot point of 'The Tear Thief' story. We will be describing the street and then moving onto describe the Tear Thief's first collection of tears from a girl having a tantrum.
Following on from our previous lesson on falling objects, this week we will be researching early theories of gravity and the effect that gravity has on objects. This will include measuring the force of gravity using newton metres.

We will be finishing off our map work and then we will be moving on to studying two of the main Greek city-states - Athens and Sparta - in more detail.
