Activity Time:

Now that you have watched my videos you need to cut out the times from the files below and then randomly select the times for your child to show on the clock ( whether it be the interactive, paper or your own clock face you created).

Parents- for the activity you can either use one of the interactive clocks or you can create the paper clock by printing the document below or you can create your own using objects like the image below.

Phonics

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS- it has been brought to my attention that the Ruth Miskin phonics has changed she is no longer doing live videos but will be recapping taught sounds.

If you follow this link the session will be uploaded and you can choose the sound and the spelling session you need. There should be a new video released today at

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo7fbLgY2oA_cFCIg9GdxtQ/videos

There are only a few loaded at a time as they are only recapping one sound per day. Please bare with me as I also try to navigate this new way of the sound videos being uploaded.

There will also be a storytime every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2pm. Follow the link below:

Today's activity is the final activity on the story' The house that Jack built' . You will be comparing using the conjunction 'because' the YouTube version and the written version of the story.  The activities to not need to be completed on the activity sheets provided with the task and can just be written on paper you have at home.

Physical Education (P.E)

As you have been thinking about time, I would like you to complete 2 physical activities indoors or outdoors  (weather permitting):

1 activity that lasts half an hour

1 activity that lasts an hour

You will need to start you activity on o'clock for the hour activity and half past for the half an hour long activity for your child to see the amount of time that has passed.

The activity can be anything from Joe Wicks workouts, Kids Zumba on Go Noodle or any activity that you can think of as long as they are activities that get you up and moving.
