Good morning Year 2!
I thought we would start today with some mindfulness to ease ourselves into a new week. You could try some of the mindfulness that we did at school like the starfish breathing or you could try to do a body scan. If someone in your family wants to try mindfulness too, get them to close their eyes and talk them through the journey that we took together along the path, through the woods and into a sunny clearing.
