If we were in school, today would have been sports day. 


I'd like you to plan your own family sports day.


What events and challenges will you set?


Here are some ideas:

1. How far can you jump?

2. Who can balance a beanbag (or rolled up pair of socks) on their head for the longest?

3. How many jumping jacks can you do in 1 minute?

4. Who can hold a plank position for the longest?


You could even create your own obstacle course.


Once you've planning out your sports day, have a go with your family.
