As you go through puberty, your body grows and changes. The physical changes are easy to see, but you will develop emotionally as well. This might mean that you get upset or angry more easily for a while.
Today, take some time to think of ways to calm yourself down if you are stressed, upset or angry. This might be completing a mindfulness activity, doing some exercise, colouring quietly or even taking deep breaths.
Create a poster telling other children some strategies for calming themselves down.
