Mathletics

Remember, you can earn special mentions and certificates in Star of the Week assembly for the most amount of points collected on Mathletics. See if you can get a mention or certificate this week!

Geography

To celebrate World Earth Day on 22nd April, the children will be completing a range of activities around plastic pollution and the effect on the world’s land and oceans. There is a whole-school competition to design a poster with your pledge to live more sustainably. For example, this could be turning the lights and appliances off when they are not needed at home, litter picking, reducing food waste or recycling your packaging. There will be a prize for the two most convincing pledges and entries will be judged by the eco-committee. Entries are due in by Friday 26th April at 3pm! Good luck
