I hope you've all had a fab weekend and you're ready for the week ahead. Today is Star of the Week day so keep checking back here to watch Mrs Crisp's video to see who is Star of the Week from last week.
This week's mindfulness video is a breathing exercise to help you to feel calm and relaxed. You can use it at anytime but you might find it useful to use first thing in the morning and before you go to bed.
As usual, you will find videos from Mrs Bromley and me on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and there will be a blog challenge on Tuesday and Wednesday.
