Spring Term update

Welcome to the Cookley Sebright PTA page! We’re so glad you’ve stopped by to learn more about us and hear about the fantastic things we’ve been up to lately.

What’s a PTA?

The purpose of a Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is to raise money for things which benefit the education and/or wellbeing of the pupils at the school.

Every parent, carer and member of staff currently at the school are automatically members of the PTA. So if you’re new here, welcome to the team!

Meet your Committee

The Committee is a small group of volunteers elected by the PTA Membership. They steer the PTA and make sure everything runs in line with our Constitution and UK Charity Law. They collaborate with the Head, Mrs Crisp, to organise and host fantastic fundraising events!

Your Committee for 2023/24 are:

Bella Cook - Chair

Rachel Guest - Secretary

Bekka Wheatley - Treasurer

Becki Binnian

Louisa Taylor

Ellie Richards

Jess Rubery

Jodie Dipaola-Smith

If you would like to get involved but have a busy work/life schedule, you can join our PTA Support Squad! This fantastic group of parents, carers and staff are the first port of call when the Committee is looking for volunteers or resources for upcoming events; they pitch in what they can, when they can, without pressure or obligation.

If you are interested in being on the Committee or joining the Support Squad, please email us or speak to any member of the Committee. You are welcome to join at any point during the year.
