Information and advice for children and young adults with disabilities and learning needs

Worcestershire's Local Offer provides information about provision families can expect to be available across education, health and social care for children and young people who have Special Educational Need (SEN) or are disabled, including those who do not have Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans.  You can find out about resources, services, support, activities and events here.

For more information on ways that we can help your child and your family, please see our Cookley Early Help page on this website.  Click here

If you want to complain about the school’s SEN support, you should do it while your child is still registered at the school.

This includes complaints that the school has not provided the support required by your child’s SEN statement or education, health and care (EHC) plan.

To make a complaint

  1. Talk to the school’s special educational needs co-ordinator (SENCO) Mrs Giles

  2. Follow the school’s complaints procedure.

  3. Complain to the local authority (Worcestershire)
