Extras: Add smiley or sad faces to show if it was a healthy choice.
🍓 2. Design a Healthy Lunchbox
Task: Draw and label your dream healthy lunchbox. It should include a mix of the five food groups.
Twist: Give it a superhero name like "Captain Crunchless" or "The Veggie Box".
🍽️ 3. Create a Plate
Task: Use a paper plate (or draw a plate) and divide it into sections. Fill each part with cut out food pictures from magazines or hand drawn items to show a balanced meal.
🎭 4. Healthy Eating Puppet Show
Task: Make a simple puppet (using a sock, paper bag or spoon) that teaches others about healthy eating. Write a short speech or story it could tell.
Optional: Perform it in class!
