Computers are an important part of everyday life. For most of people, technology is essential to our lives, at home and at work. The national curriculum for computing aims to equip young people with computing skills, knowledge and understanding.
Here at Cookley, we follow the Switched On Computing scheme for Years One to Six. Children are provided a variety of opportunities to learn and apply new skills and knowledge in a range of interesting activities. Switched On Computing provides opportunities to learn about:
