Cookley Sebright’s Forest Party Options

We have two party options:

Riffy’s Forest Party Weekday Fun – 3-11 yrs: two hr party, two staff members

(Mon-Fri 4.30-6.30 April-October term time only)

£150 for up to 12 children
£10 for each additional child (see maximum numbers below)
Activities available are those normally available at forest school, from the mud kitchen to den building.
Fire – with Forest School snack included (such as a crumpet or toast) bring any additional food, drinks, cake & party bags as desired – parents/carers will be responsible for the additional food.
50% required upon booking

Riffy’s Forest Party Weekend Fun – 3-11 yrs: two hr party, two staff members

(Sat &Sun 10-12 or 2-4 – all year round)

£170 for up to 12 children
£12 for each additional child (see maximum numbers below)
Activities available are those normally available at forest school, from the mud kitchen to den building.
Fire – with Forest School snack (such as a crumpet or toast) bring any additional food, drinks, cake & party bags as desired – parents/carers will be responsible for the additional food.
50% required upon booking

Forest School sessions cannot take place in high wind conditions or electrical storms. Parties can be rearranged (subject to availability) or an indoor session can take place (in our school hall)

Maximum party attendees

If any party attendee is under the age of 6 – maximum party numbers 16

If all attendees are 6+ - maximum party number is 20

(Up to 30 attendees possible with the addition of another member of staff by arrangement)

Optional extras can be arranged on booking and include:

Smores (additional £1 per child)
Made to order, personalised ‘Forest’ birthday cake (from Claire’s Cakes) £TBA

Firstly, please contact 01562 850397 or finance@cookleyprimary.worcs.sch.uk to check availability. Once date is arranged, please complete booking form and distribute invitations and consent forms.

Terms and conditions

All attendees must follow the instructions of the Forest School Leader and other staff members at all times.
Toilet facilities are available (in the school building)
Please send out a consent form with each invite, this must be returned on the day of the party (if parent is not staying)
The booking form and consent forms for attendees are available to download on our website or paper copies are available from the school office.
Minimum of 2 adults must accompany each party, although all adults will be made very welcome. (Ideally, any children under 3 should not attend the party. If they are on-site they must be closely supervised by a parent at all times)
Bring party bags if desired, we DO NOT provide these.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a date and all dates are subject to availability. If a deposit is not received within a week of making the booking it will be considered cancelled.
Party numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the booked event and final payment made.
Cancellation made by clients will mean a loss of the deposit, unless a re-schedule of the party can be agreed. We will only cancel in extreme circumstances and will then offer a refund or alternative date. (Forest School sessions cannot take place in electric storms or high winds)
Payments can be made via our School Gateway (if you are a parent at CSPS) or via cheque to the school office.
