Homework

For your first task this week, please log onto Mathletics using your log on code in your reading record and complete the assigned activities.

Next, spend a few extra minutes reading. This can be your school reading book, the reading for pleasure book, a book from home or a book on Oxford Reading Buddy.

When you've finished, imagine you are one of the characters from your book and write a brief diary entry.

In our Computing lessons, we have been exploring animation.

Can you create your own animation using a flip book?

How To Make 3 Easy Flipbooks, Tutorial

In this video I have shown partial Timelapse drawings of each Flipbook. I feel it would be too long and boring to include the whole drawing process but I have included as much as I thought would be able to show you how easy it is to create a Flipbook.

Pencil Flipbook: Constalation Prize

The fun thing about flipbooks or any art really...is it doesn't have to make sense or follow any rules. I knew I wanted to start with a pencil but that's all I knew. I just kept going with it until an idea came together.

Don't forget to send your work to us at our email address or bring it into school.
