A huge thank you again for our fabulous Tudor Houses. The children have thoroughly enjoyed our topic on the Great Fire of London. Our visit from Becky at One Day Creative was a fabulous and engaging way to end the topic.

Homework:

This week is Mental Health week in school:

Every child has the right to express their views, feelings and wishes in all matters affecting them, and to have their views considered and taken seriously. As adults, we should empower children and young people, and provide them with time, space, and opportunities to express themselves.

We will be completing many linked activities this week about making our voices heard, empowering others and how we can be good friends.

Please find an activity sheet attached below about when your child has 'felt proud'. The sheet is only a template, feel free to create one similiar yourself. The children can draw and write their ideas.

Mathletics!

Please find skill quest activities linked. I have assigned a range of topics to consolidate the children's understanding of what we have learnt in both the Autumn term and Spring 1.

Homework for half term!

Our Geography topic next term is 'Children like me' with a focus on the Mugurameno village in Zambia, Africa.

Over half term, please watch the following clips and create a poster about Africa.
