Diversity

At Cookley Primary, we promote diversity through our Art assemblies by challenging stereotyping and prejudice. In our assemblies, we celebrate the life, work and culture of range of artists outside of the traditional 'Great' artists. Some of the artists that we have looked at are: Yinka Shonibare, Charlie Phillips, Etel Ednan, Paula Rego, Lubaina Himid, Sonia Boyce, Chris Ofili, Donald Rodney.
