Main Task

Your task this week is to create a word mnemonic to help you remember the order of the planets!

(Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune)

A word mnemonic is a way of remembering the order of something using the first letter of each word to create a rhyme or poem. For example: Big Elephants Can't Always Use Small Exits helps me remember how to spell BECAUSE! 

Be as creative as you can so that the knowledge sticks!

Reading

Please make sure you are reading for at least 5 minutes with an adult at home every day. Try and come up with questions about the text to quiz each other (and make sure your adults are paying attention!) during your reading time.
