Open Events and Applications for Nursery or Reception Class Places

For children starting Nursery or Reception class in 2024, we would like to invite you to visit our friendly, welcoming school. We have three Early Years family group tours: Wednesday 4th October 2023 at 6pm, Thursday 26th October 2023 at 10.30am and Monday 13th November 2023 at 2pm. To book your place please call the school office on 01562 850397 or email office@cookleyprimary.worcs.sch.uk  Alternatively, if these dates are not suitable, please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient date. We look forward to meeting you.

Application forms for Nursery places will be provided alongside a school prospectus when you visit the school. These should be completed and returned to the school office. Alternatively contact the school office on 01562 850397 to receive an application form via the post. 

Applications for a Reception Class placement, are open from September 2023 and should be made via Worcestershire County Council, application for a school place. This portal, is for use by Worcestershire Residents, those that pay council tax to Worcestershire County Council. If you pay your council tax to any other Local Authority, such as Shropshire CC, Staffordshire CC, Dudley MBC etc you will need to use that Local Authority website to apply. We welcome applications from all local families and surrounding areas.
