If you are unhappy with the support given to your child, in the first instance this should be discussed with the school's SENDCO, Mr Terrado. The best way to resolve concerns is to have a face to face discussion as soon as the issue arises and then potential solutions can be explored. If, after this, you still feel that your concerns have not been addressed sufficiently you can follow the school's complaints procedure. The policy, outlining the process for this, is available here.
