Easter bonnet parade information
Fri 26 Mar 2021Our annual Easter bonnet parade will take place on Thursday 1st April. Please create your bonnets at home and send the children in to school with them to wear today. Let your creativity go wild!
Virtual parade times Nursery-10am Reception-10.05am Year 1- 10.10am Year 2-10.15am Year 3- 10.20am Year 4 - 10.25am Year 5 - 10.30am Year 6 - 10.35am - we will try to stick to these times as closely as possible.
Children without 'internet permission' will still be included in the parade but will not appear on camera. It will be streamed on Facebook live on the school page. If we have technical difficulties with the live stream, we will record and post to the website instead. -

Tue 23 Mar 2021Although it cannot take place in its usual format, we would like to carry on this Cookley tradition this year. Please make your bonnets at home (let your creativity go wild!) and send the children in to school with them, ready to wear on the last day of term - Thursday 1st April. -

Six week LTA Youth Start Tennis scheme at Wolverley Tennis Club
Wed 17 Mar 2021The courses start w/c 22nd April 2021. All sessions will be run by an LTA Accredited coach with first aid, safeguarding training as well as a current DBS and insurance in place. This LTA Youth Start course is £34.99 per child and includes the following:

Six top-class tennis sessions with specially trained coaches

A tennis racket and set of balls

A branded t-shirt
-
Activity cards, a lanyard, stickers and a certificate (provided by the coach)

Schools Virtual Book Fair - 16th March - 23rd March
Tue 16 Mar 2021Due to current restrictions, we are unable to hold our annual bookfair in the usual way. This year, we have organised a ‘virtual bookfair’ where you will be able to view the catalogue online. Please find the relevant forms attached for your orders. Please read through the information thoroughly. No money is to come via school, purchases must be made via phonepay or using a Gift Voucher.
Forms can be found under Letters Home if you need copies.
